Doreen Moraa Moracha is a Kenyan HIV advocate and digital content creator committed to strengthening community leadership in the global HIV response.

She serves as the African Representative to the NGO Delegation to the UNAIDS Programme Coordinating Board (PCB).Her work focuses on advancing community-led responses, youth engagement, and equitable access to HIV prevention, treatment, and cure research.

Doreen has contributed to global HIV advocacy through roles including PLHIV Stigma Index consultant at GNP+, AVAC Navigator, and CROI Community Educator Scholar.
