Women & HIV Campaign
Phoenix Health Movement supports the Women & HIV campaign, an initiative that aims to address the underrepresentation of women in HIV awareness, prevention and care
Research done for this campaign seeks to raise awareness about HIV testing and prevention, advocate for appropriate services and empower women.
This campaign builds upon the ‘Invisible No Longer’ report which identified several areas for improvement including addressing knowledge gaps by supporting research, reduce late diagnoses, improved data collection and further investment in support services.
By addressing these areas, the campaign aims to ensure that women are no longer invisible in the UK’s HIV response and can access the care and support they need to thrive
